3. Our Services

SmartFlow AI builds AI chat agents for websites, including a conversion audit, custom chat agent development, calendar & CRM integration, and managed operations. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or order and take precedence over general descriptions on this website.

4. Packages, orders & payments

• Prices shown on the website are starting points and may be adjusted based on the confirmed scope of your engagement.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Your use of Stripe checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms.
• One-time fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Monthly plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Because our work is bespoke, refunds are handled case by case. If you're unhappy, contact us and we'll work to make it right. Where a paid audit is credited toward a later build, that credit is applied as described in your order.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the access needed for us to deliver the Services, and to use any agents we build in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party tools involved.

7. Intellectual property

Unless your order says otherwise, you own the deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing know-how, tools, and reusable components used to deliver the Services.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlow AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SmartFlow AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Replace with your actual governing law and courts.)
